Products, Production & Availability

Coastal Odyssea offers a combination of print-to-order products and pre-order items, produced in limited quantities to minimise waste and maintain quality.

Product availability, production timelines, and dispatch dates may vary depending on the item purchased. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time without notice.

While we make every effort to display product colours and imagery accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings or production processes.

Print-to-Order Products

Our photographic prints are produced print-to-order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you once an order has been placed.

By purchasing a print-to-order product, you acknowledge and agree that:

Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed
Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law

Pre-Orders

Certain Coastal Odyssea products, including our freediving fins, are offered as pre-order items. Pre-orders allow us to produce limited runs thoughtfully and responsibly.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Pre-order items are produced in advance of general availability
Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law
Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to production schedules or external factors

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase before orders are processed or dispatched. Coastal Odyssea is not responsible for pricing errors, though we reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from an incorrect price.

Orders, Cancellations & Change

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, production schedules, or circumstances beyond our control.
