Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure every order is delivered in perfect condition. However, we understand that on rare occasions, items may arrive faulty or damaged in transit.

​

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

 

• A clear photo of the fault or damage, and

• A brief description of the issue.

​

Once the item has been assessed and the fault confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for faulty or damaged items.

• If a return is required for assessment, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

​Once approved, replacement items will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, subject to stock availability.

Cancellations

​

All Coastal Odyssea products are custom made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been processed.

 

Change of Mind & Incorrect Selection

​

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect material selection. We kindly ask that you review sizing, materials, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Pre Orders & Limited Editions

​

Pre-order and limited edition items are produced in small batches and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once an order has been placed, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

​

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
