THE OCEAN'S PULSE

26th October
2.00 -5.00pm
Terra & Sol, Adelaide
Coastal Odyssea and Painter Taylor Jade Sharp invite you to take part in The Ocean’s Pulse.
A unique coastal art expo celebrating the power of perspective and the rhythm of the natural world. This collaboration brings together the fluid lines of landscape painting and the raw stillness of fine art photography, each offering a distinct interpretation of the same coastline we call home. With ten curated photography pieces and ten original paintings including three inspired directly by Coastal Odyssea’s prints - the event will showcase the harmony between brush and lens. Held as an afternoon gathering with live music and community connection, all profits from The Ocean’s Pulse will be donated to Protect What You Love - supporting our ocean’s and wildlife. It’s more than an art show - it’s a creative expression of giving back to the place that inspires us most.

Why We Chose This Venue
Terra & Sol immediately stood out to us as a space where creativity, community, and natural beauty come together. The earthy palette, architectural flow, and thoughtfully curated design make it an ideal venue for an immersive art experience like The Ocean’s Pulse. The venue carries a quiet power - one that allows the artwork to breathe while
inviting people to slow down, connect, and engage with intention. We believe this space will elevate the event and help us share this story in a truly meaningful way.

Our Chosen Cause
For this event, we will be donating 100% of our profits to a cause close to our hearts. We have chosen to support Protect What You Love, a marine-focused charity that aligns deeply with the values behind The Ocean’s Pulse. In recent years, there has been a noticeable rise in fear surrounding our coastal waters - with growing public concern about shark sightings and marine encounters across South Australia and beyond. Our hope is that through this exhibition, we can play a small part in shifting that narrative. By fostering connection, sparking conversation, and encouraging awareness, we aim to help reshape the community perspective - highlighting the vital role sharks and marine life play in a healthy ocean ecosystem, and the importance of preserving our native coastal landscapes.
MEET THE TEAM BEHIND
THE OCEAN'S PULSE
-Bree & Darcy
Initially inspired by our beautiful West Australian Coastline and our love for capturing views from above. Our ambition grows rapidly as we uncover coastal beauty that not only Australia has to offer.
We are two sun loving, salty Aussies that chase the adventure and long for the journey. Both being brought up on the West Australian coastline has emphasised our love for the ocean and nature. To wake up with views of the ocean and the sounds of the waves crashing overflows our cup.
